Simon, I would, say is dependable. He always responds to queries promptly and in a reassuring manner. Patient – he never makes me feel stupid when I ask things I do not understand.

Simon is very patient. He is ethical and conscientious. He takes great care to explain procedure and reasons for taking a particular course of action. I trust that he advises me with as much care as if I was very important and as he would his own immediate family.
